What is included with my reservation?

Every CityBus MTL reservation includes a professional chauffeur, a fully sanitized luxury vehicle, premium sound system with Bluetooth, LED ambient lighting, climate control, and commercial insurance. Our goal is to provide a seamless, luxury transportation experience from pickup to drop-off.

What is the minimum rental duration?

Our minimum reservation is 2 hours. The Silver, Gold and Black Label tiers are offered with 2, 3 and 4-hour minimums respectively, on the Sprinter or the Limo Bus. Additional time can be added when scheduling permits — request a quote for details.

Is a security deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required to confirm every reservation. The deposit is not included in the rental price and is refunded within 24 to 48 hours after the reservation, once our chauffeur confirms the vehicle has been returned in good condition, without damages or excessive cleaning.

How do I reserve a vehicle?

Booking is simple. Provide your event date, pickup location, destination(s), pickup time, number of passengers, and preferred vehicle. Once availability is confirmed, you'll receive your reservation agreement and payment instructions.

Can we bring drinks on board?

Yes. Alcoholic beverages are permitted for passengers of legal drinking age, provided local laws are respected. Glass containers may be restricted depending on the vehicle and event.

Can we decorate the vehicle?

To ensure the highest presentation quality and protect our luxury vehicles, all decorations are exclusively installed by the CityBus MTL team. We offer professionally designed decoration packages for weddings, bachelorette parties, birthdays, proms, corporate events, and custom celebrations, customized to your theme and colors. For the safety and preservation of our fleet, outside or customer-installed decorations are not permitted.

Can we play our own music?

Absolutely. Every vehicle includes Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to play your own playlist throughout the trip.

What happens if we need extra time?

Whenever scheduling permits, additional time may be added to your reservation. Additional charges apply based on the vehicle reserved and the extra time requested.
