    • Location data: Approximate GPS location shared by drivers during active bookings for real-time tracking purposes only. Customers may opt into tracking their ride in progress.
    • App usage: Basic usage data to improve our service (no advertising profiling).

    We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe).

    How We Use Your Information

    We use your information to:

    • Respond to your quote request and arrange your booking.
    • Provide real-time driver tracking during your ride.
    • Send booking confirmations, updates, and customer support communications via SMS and email.
    • Improve and operate the app and our services.

    We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

    We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

    • Google Sign-In: For optional authentication. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
    • Sign in with Apple: For optional authentication. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
    • Stripe: For payment processing. We do not see or store your card details.
    • Vonage (SMS): For sending booking confirmation and update messages.
    • Google Calendar: To add confirmed bookings to our operations calendar.

    These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

    We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

    • Trusted service providers listed above who help us operate.
    • Drivers assigned to your booking (name and contact info for coordination).
